  I just bought a gently used (under 60 000km) 2014 Ford Focus manual. Originally, I wanted to wait 1-2 weeks before checking out the car because I haven't driven a standard vehicle in 3 years. I was going to pay $84/hr to get some lessons so I could buy my dream car and get my full license. Ranveet, my beautiful and amazing salesgirl, got their lot manager to give me lessons in BOTH driving and parking, for free. As well, I live in Coquitlam and my only mode of transport is transit. My parents (who live in Abby) sometimes dive me out to stay for a bit on weekends. She offered to drive me to Abby to look at the car. If it weren't for my coworker who lives in Abby, I definitely would have taken her deal. The ford has some issues and needed to go to the shop, however they decided to take their sweet time fixing it. Took over 2 weeks, but Ranveet kept me in the loop the whole time. She made sure to text me every day what was going on, and kept issuing me temporary permits so I can drive the rental car to and from work. I have never felt so included and am continued to be amazed at their generosity and hospitality. Speaking of generosity, they DID make good on their Vegas trip deal! My husband and I can FINALLY go on our honeymoon!! I was totally fine with being patient and waiting for the car to get fixed. It is not their fault that the FORD autobody is screwing us over. She went AVOVE and beyond to make sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted, and made sure, even with taxes, warranties, etc. that I stayed within my $20 000 budget. This entire experience is my first time ever. First car, first time getting insurance, everything. And the entire ordeal lasted LESS than 4 hours, from start to finish. I love this place, my car, and these people. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone who is a noobie like me :) thank you guys for everything.

  I bought a car from these guys and I could not be happier! I was very nervous to get my first car loan. They were very comforting and reassuring. Couldn't have gone any smoother.
