Asked if they were able to order my dogs food in and they said yes took my order and phone number, a week and a half passed and my dog is now almost out so I went back in to ask when my order would be in and their response was to tell me to try and order it elsewhere. They did not bother to phone to tell me this when they did the ordering and have now forced me to miss work to drive out of town to get it. Horrible service.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Went in the night before to inquire about a kitten to adopt, was told to come the next morning to fill out an application. My roommate did so. Called me extremely upset saying the lady "Ashley" was incredibly rude to her and told her the cat was adopted because someone came in 3 days looking at him, but she could still fill out an application? (why waste time). So I went in and asked if this cat was adopted (not knowing who I was) about 10min later, was told yes, by the same extremely RUDE girl. I asked how the cat was adopted as we were told the adoptions don't START until Saturday..she was rude and continued to say he was adopted. I called Bosleys Canada customer care and was told that in fact that was NOT the way it should be done and told them I would like to know why we were treated differently, and unfairly with an apology from the incredibly rude sales girl. I received a phone call from "Liza" (store manager) who tried blaming her staff "Everette" saying he was new and didn't know, yet Liza said "Everette" went to the back and asked herself if the cat was still adoptable that same night we were inquiring and was told yes. Then she told me 3 different stories about the kitten, shady. She handled the situation incredibly poorly, she talked over me, didn't let me talk, accused me of bashing their rescue which in fact I was complaining about how MY TREATMENT ( I am an animal lover, and have work(ed) with many rescues, how insulting) as a customer and potential adopter was, she was raising her voice, and I told her I will let people know how her customers are treated, she threatened to "Call the police" and go after me for "slander" last I checked it is our right and freedom of speech to share our experiences. Maybe "Liza" should handle these poor situations with some class and more mature. I couldn't believe I was speaking to the MANAGER. I was also informed that they threw my roommates application in the garbage, super classy. Extremely careless customer service. Take your business elsewhere, where you are treated like a decent human. and I will continue to share this emotional experience, to everyone, everywhere. When I went to another Bosleys, and let them know, they too told me this was in fact NOT the way the adoption process is to be handled.
