  I've read the reviews that have been posted thus far and I am truly amazed that so many people feel they've been given such great service. I can't say the same, when I went into the shop, the guy behind the counter didn't even bother coming out from behind to answer my questions. He made an assumption that I was only looking for a gas product and when I said it was an electric fireplace insert that I was looking for, he only pointed to one that would be what I wanted. So I looked at it and said oh, so is $1195.00 installed and he said, no that's just something "she" put there. I don't know, it wasn't a handwritten price list. From the treatment I got, which was total disinterest,, I don't think I'd buy a battery from this place. Such a disappointment.
